So glad you made it here.
I'm Craig, I'm the admin for the forum. I run mindfulness courses, groups, walks and mentoring sessions for people.
I wanted to create a forum as I was seeing a real need for people to connect, even online. Sometimes it's hard to really say how we feel. It's hard when we're on our own, or our life isn't 'working out', whether the situation is health related, relationship related, work related, or world fatigue at all the crises we face each and every day.
So, my hope is that this place will offer a safe environment for you to connect with other people; to offer support to each other, to have empathy and understanding that, even though our issues are different, they are also the same: we all want to be happy, to be at ease with life and to have kindness for each other. This forum aims to bring these in-built values to the forefront, through a 'well of compassion'.
There are also resources available on mindfulness (as that's my thing) in the resources board - I want to offer as much free content as possible if it can help you. You can also ask me a question on any issue you have in the relevant board and I'll do my best to respond with any assistance.
Or you can just 'sit and talk' - a place to have a coffee and share what's going on for you.
Finally, there is a community section where I invite people to share positive stories, quotes, poems...anything that may inspire.
I reserve the right to moderate any posts on here and delete them if necessary: this is a place for kind, open hearted discussion and empathy.
